Roberto has been involved in the Property Development profession for over 20 years and has considerable experience in all aspects of Property Development and management. Managing and developing his family portfolio of properties has given him a unique insight to the letting market and landlord and tenant requirements. Roberto acquired the business of Gilpro Lettings in 2006 and, by using the experience gained by him was able to offer landlords and tenants a unique professional and personal approach to letting. As one of the driving forces in the acquisition of Merchant Executive Properties in 2008 and the subsequent creation of Merchant Lettings, Roberto continues to provide his individual slant to the Letting business in West Central Scotland. Aside from business Roberto enjoys spending time with his young family and trying to lower his golf handicap to below 20

Ken is a Chartered Accountant and prior to his being a founding member of the Company was a partner for over 20 years in one of Glasgow’s most respected Accountancy practices. In addition to his involvement with the Company Ken also operates his Management Consultancy which specialises in providing proactive advice to small and medium sized enterprises. Ken operates as the Company’s Finance Director which allows him to provide a guiding hand on the tiller of this fast moving enterprise.

Ross joined Merchant Lettings in 2001 and brought with him over 10 years of property knowledge gained through letting & refurbishment. Since joining the company, Ross has been instrumental in forging new client relationships and growing the business through siezing new opportunities with developers and Landlords. Ross is responsible for continued business development, client relations, managing major refurbishment works, and advising clients on purchasing Investment property. Away from Merchant Lettings, Ross enjoys spending time with his young family, is a keen game hunter and enoys watersports including sailing and wakeboarding.

Joanne joined the Merchant Lettings team in 2003 to develop the company’s ever expanding portfolio. As Property Manager Joanne oversees a large portfolio of properties throughout the Central belt and further afield, dealing also in new property enquiries and acquisitions. With her experience of the market and fresh energetic approach, her clients are kept up to date and happy at all times.

Josh joined the company in the summer of 2007 as a Property Manager and has proved to be a valuable asset to the company, not just for building relations with landlords and tenants but also for finding solutions to make deals happen. Having worked in the West End of Glasgow for the last 14 years Josh has built up a wealth of knowledge of properties that extends throughout Glasgow and the Central belt.

Mary Craig is the Office Manager for the City Centre Branch. Having worked in the letting business for over 12 years she is very experienced all aspects of lettings. Her main role is to ensure the smooth running of the office so that both Landlords and Tenants enjoy a high level of service.

Carolyn joined the company in April 2007 as Senior Administrator and became Office Manager in late 2008. She is responsible for the day to day running of the West End office and has fourteen years of management experience. She is always available to resolve any issues or enquiries regarding all aspects of the business.

Carol joined Merchant Lettings in September 2008 to manage our newly opened branch in Central Ayrshire. Carol has 12 years property management experience and knowledge of the Ayrshire area. She also has experience in New Homes Sales and Estate Agency which enables her to impart sound information to prospective investors.

Janice joined the Merchant Lettings team in November 2009 as the Edinburgh Office Manager, having worked previously in the letting industry for 3 years as Office Manager for a former agent. She is responsible for the day to day running of the office. Always cheery and smiling she is available to resolve any issues or enquiries regarding all aspects of the business.

With over seven years experience in the letting industry Nicole is responsible for all aspects of marketing including managing the website, external websites, taking enquiries, assisting tenants in the search for suitable property, overall management of the viewing agents, and client relations.

Jenna joined Merchant Lettings in August 2008 as receptionist until October 2008 when she was promoted to assist Nicole in Marketing. Jenna deals with telephone enquiries, booking of property viewings and assists with management of daily diaries as well as being responsible for arrange property inspections and PATs. Jenna is always willing and ready to help with any enquiry you may have.

Natasha joined Merchant Lettings in February 2009. As the receptionist Natasha is the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. She is responsible for booking all property viewings and dealing with enquiries. Natasha is always willing and ready to help with any enquiry you may have.

Ann joined the company in January 2003 to manage the Repairs Department. This includes arranging routine repairs and any maintenance issues. Liaising with the necessary contractors and instructing them to carry out any repairs, carrying out regular flat inspections and checking over inventories. Ann is also responsible for arranging Gas Safety Checks, PAT tests and processing all the contractors invoices.

Silvia joined the team in April 2009. Having a firm background in Customer Services and Project Management, she takes charge of all maintenance and repairs issues. As with the other members of the repairs team, Silvia continually strives to provide expeditious and cost-effective solutions for our Landlords.

Stacey joined the company in August 2006 and was the Office Junior until October 2008 when she was promoted to Repairs assistant to Ann Meenan.
